ROOM BLOCK DATES AND RESERVATION DEADLINE
Our official room block is established for check-in on Tuesday, July 20, and checkout on Sunday, July 25. On a space-available basis, conference rates are available three days before and two days after these dates.
Rooms will be held until rented, or the reservation cut-off date of June 20, 2004. After the cut-off date, any rooms that have not been reserved will be released for general sale. The hotel will continue to accept reservations from attendees after the cut-off date, based on room and rate availability.

RESERVATION AND ROOM GUARANTEE/CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
Guests are responsible for making their own reservations. The hotel requires that all reservations be guaranteed, which may be done by check or major credit card equal to one night's room and tax. Cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge for the first night. Reservations can be cancelled only by calling the hotel directly and obtaining a cancellation number. No-shows will be charged accordingly.

Online Reservations
The Group Booking Code, H10, is already inserted in the "Optional Information" section of the reservation form (under the heading "Additional Information").

Note: If your arrival or departure date falls outside of three days before or two days after our official block dates (July 20-25), the online reservation system will not recognize our meeting and your reservation request. In such cases, you will need to make your request by telephone, keeping in mind that requests for earlier arrival or later departure dates at the conference rate are subject to availability.
