Early bird registration closes 15th April 2018 after which late registration fees apply
Delegates availing of the BFS membership discount must select the appropriate box in the form on the next page. Membership status will be checked. If you are not a member your registration fee will be cancelled.
Delegates availing of the student registration type must provide proof of a student identification in the form of a letter from your advisor. If you do not provide valid student identification your registration fee will be cancelled.

Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard and electronic bank transfer.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellations must be received by email to email@example.com and the following rates apply :
- On or before 15th April, 2018 - 30% cancellation charge
- From 16th April, 2018 to 31st May, 2018 inclusive - 50% cancellation charge
- From 1st June, 2018 to 15th June, 2018 inclusive - 70% cancellation charge
- After 15th June, 2018 - 100% cancellation charge
